• Preparation and submission of tender bids for ICT Projects on the instructions of the business manager.
• Maintaining and supporting the Head Read more of Human Resources and Admin in the aspects of general office management of the Abuja’s location of the company.
• I serve as the main contact person for all administrative and documentations from external and internal stakeholders interacting with the Abuja’s location of the company.
• Supporting business development consultants for carrying out project management and execution in the project management office. I also assist in planning corporate events and scheduling and securing meeting appointments.
• I am responsible for ICT hardware and network support of the Abuja branch of the office.
• I take minutes during project steering committee meetings and follow up on actionable points to be achieved with project managers.
• I handle confidential information and documents with integrity, and also prepare spreadsheets and power point slides for meetings.
• Calendar management with Microsoft 365, travel management, appointment schedule for MD/CEO, Project Managers and other executive officers
• Preparation of ICT audits and ICT inventory of clients’ equipment when a project concerns auditing the clients’ infrastructures.
• Attends networking events from Original Equipment Manufacturers and IT Equipment distributors and prepare necessary reports within required time.
• Preparing invoices, memos, reports, and following up on contract agreements and purchasing orders.
• I procure and manage office supplies for the Abuja’s location of the company.
• I manage the documentations and filing of contact agreement documents of the Abuja’s office’s contract employees like drivers, cleaners and ad-hoc staffs.
