2. How does payment work on GigFC?
When an employer hires a freelancer, the agreed project amount is deposited into the employer's GigFC wallet. The funds remain locked until the employer marks the project as completed, at which point the payment is released to the freelancer. This ensures secure and timely payments for all parties.
3. Can I list my services as a freelancer?
Yes, freelancers can list their services directly on GigFC. This feature allows you to showcase your skills, set your rates, and attract clients who are looking for the exact services you offer.
4. How do I post a project as an employer?
To post a project, sign in to your employer account, click on "Post a Project," and fill in the details, including the project description, budget, and deadlines. Once posted, freelancers can apply, and you can review proposals to select the best fit for your needs.
5. What if there’s a dispute between a freelancer and an employer?
GigFC offers a dispute resolution service to handle conflicts between freelancers and employers. If an issue arises, both parties can submit their concerns through the platform, and our team will work to mediate and find a fair resolution.

GigFC charges a small commission (Max. 20%) on each completed project. The commission rate depends on the pricing plan selected by the freelancer or employer. There are also options for premium services like featured listings and talent matching, which come with additional fees.
